Mailoza EmailOps · On our roadmap

EmailOps Monitoring for Business Email Infrastructure

EmailOps is how Mailoza watches the health of your email — the queues, blacklists, certificates, backups, authentication and deliverability that are invisible until they fail. The goal is simple: catch the problem before your customer does, and tell you in plain English what to do about it.

What is real today: hands-on email expertise and always-on, automated monitoring with a defined response when something breaks. The unified Email Operations Center and its AI recommendations, shown below, are on our roadmap and presented as an illustration — not a finished product you can log into today.

Why it matters

The email failures you only notice once they have cost you.

Most email problems are silent. Mail keeps appearing to send while it piles up in a queue, a certificate quietly lapses, a domain lands on a blocklist. By the time a customer says "I never got that," the damage is already done. These are the failure modes EmailOps is built to watch.

  • Email downtime

Mail stops flowing and no one notices until staff and customers start complaining at once.

  • Stuck mail queues

Messages back up behind a single failure — quotes and invoices that look "sent" never arrive.

  • Blacklisted domains

Your domain or IP lands on a blocklist and legitimate mail is rejected before it reaches the inbox.

  • Expired certificates

A lapsed TLS certificate quietly breaks secure mail flow — often on a weekend, with no warning.

  • Backup failures

A backup that silently stopped running is only discovered the day you actually need to restore.

  • DMARC failures

A spike in authentication failures can mean someone is spoofing your domain to defraud your clients.

  • Deliverability drops

Sender reputation slips and inbox placement falls — your important mail starts landing in spam.

Watched continuously, each of these is caught early and handled calmly — long before it becomes the outage no one saw coming.

Illustrative dashboard preview

A glimpse of the Email Operations Center we are building.

This is a static illustration of the unified EmailOps dashboard on our roadmap — one place that scores your email health and watches every failure mode at once. The numbers below are example data, shown to demonstrate the idea, not a live feed.

The Email Operations Center, Health Score and AI recommendations are on our roadmap and shown here as an illustration — not live monitoring or available today. What is real now: hands-on email expertise, and always-on monitoring with a defined response when something breaks.

What EmailOps watches

Eight monitoring modules, one accountable view.

EmailOps is organised into focused modules — each watching a distinct failure mode, each feeding the same health picture. Together they cover the full surface area of business email, from the server up to your sender reputation.

Server Health

Uptime, resource pressure and core mail services — so the platform your email runs on stays reliable.

Mail Queue

Queue depth and held messages, so a backlog is caught and cleared before delivery is delayed.

Blacklist

Continuous checks against the major blocklists (Spamhaus, Barracuda, SURBL) to act before a listing bites.

DNS & Authentication

MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records watched for drift, so a stray change cannot quietly break your mail.

Certificate

TLS certificate expiry tracked ahead of time, so secure mail flow never lapses by surprise.

Backup

Backup completion and integrity verified, so a recovery point is actually there the day you need it.

Deliverability

Sender reputation, inbox placement and spam trend, so your invoices and quotes keep landing.

Security Event Monitoring

Authentication anomalies and suspicious patterns surfaced, so spoofing and compromise are spotted early.

On the roadmap · In development

Where EmailOps is heading: from watching to warning.

Today, every engagement makes your email more reliable, and our specialists read the signals. The vision we are building toward turns that expertise into an always-on early-warning layer. This is a roadmap, not a finished, fully automated product — we will be clear about what ships, and when.

  • Predict failures before they happen Roadmap

Spot the early signature of a developing problem — a creeping queue, a degrading service — and flag it before it becomes an outage.

  • Detect abnormal queues Roadmap

Learn what normal mail flow looks like for your environment, so an unusual backlog stands out immediately rather than hours later.

  • Warn before expiry Roadmap

Surface certificate, domain and key expirations far enough ahead that renewal is routine, never an emergency.

  • Detect reputation drops Roadmap

Notice sender-reputation drift and inbox-placement decline early, so deliverability is protected before mail starts going to spam.

  • Generate executive reports Roadmap

Turn the month of monitoring into a plain-English summary — what was watched, what was caught, and what we fixed.

Mailoza starts as the email experts you call. We are building toward the email intelligence that calls you — before anything breaks.

Vendor-neutral

Built to watch the platforms your business runs.

EmailOps is designed for self-hosted and cloud email alike, so monitoring covers the systems you actually use — not just the one a partner badge pays us to favour.

  • Mailcow
  • Stalwart
  • Postfix
  • Linux Mail Servers
  • Microsoft 365

How it works

From first connection to resolved — a calm, owned method.

  1. Connect

We connect to your email systems read-first — server, tenant and DNS — to see what you actually run, with you in control of access.

  2. Baseline

We establish what healthy looks like for your environment: normal queue depth, reputation, authentication and certificate timelines.

  3. Monitor

EmailOps watches continuously and automatically — queues, blacklists, certificates, backups, DMARC and deliverability, around the clock.

  4. Alert

When a signal crosses a threshold, an alert fires with a clear, plain-English description — no dashboard you have to remember to check.

  5. Recommend

You get a specific recommendation: what is wrong, why it matters, and the action to take — today by our specialists, increasingly assisted by EmailOps over time.

  6. Resolve

We fix it properly and confirm it is resolved, with a defined response commitment by plan — then keep watching so it stays fixed.

"Around the clock" describes always-on, automated monitoring. Human response follows a defined, plan-based commitment — so you always know the window you can count on.

What you get

Monitoring you feel as fewer surprises and faster answers.

The point of EmailOps is not a prettier dashboard — it is what continuous visibility does for your business.

Less downtime

Problems are caught while they are small, so fewer of them ever become an outage your team has to live through.

Faster incident response

A clear alert with the cause already identified means we move straight to fixing it — not hunting for what broke.

Better deliverability

Reputation and authentication are watched continuously, so your invoices and quotes keep reaching the inbox.

Clear reporting

Plain-English health summaries show what was watched, what was caught and what we fixed — value you can see.

Reduced technical risk

Expiring certificates, silent backup failures and spoofing attempts are surfaced before they turn into a crisis.

Honest answers

EmailOps, answered plainly.

What is available now, what is on the roadmap, and exactly what "24×7" means.

Is the EmailOps dashboard a live product I can log into today?

No — and we will not pretend otherwise. The unified Email Operations Center dashboard shown on this page is an illustrative preview using example data, and it is clearly labelled as such. The capability it represents is on our roadmap. What is real today is hands-on monitoring delivered by our specialists, with plain-English health reporting.

What monitoring is actually available right now?

Always-on, automated monitoring of the failure modes that matter: mail flow and queues, blacklist and reputation, certificate expiry, DNS and authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), backups and deliverability. It is delivered as a managed service by people who do nothing but email, with a monthly health report.

What does "24×7" mean here — is it round-the-clock human support?

It means monitoring is always on and automated — systems watch continuously and alerts fire at any hour. Human response follows a defined, plan-based commitment, so you know the window you can count on. We deliberately do not promise unbounded round-the-clock human support we cannot guarantee.

Is the AI part real or marketing?

It is a roadmap, presented honestly. The vision — predicting failures, spotting abnormal queues, warning before expiry, detecting reputation drops, generating executive reports — is in development, not a finished, fully automated system. Today, our specialists read the signals; over time, EmailOps will assist more of that work. We will be clear about what ships, and when.

Which email platforms can you monitor?

Self-hosted and cloud alike: Mailcow, Stalwart, Postfix and Linux mail servers, alongside Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Exchange, Zimbra and cPanel email. EmailOps is vendor-neutral by design.

Do I have to move my email to you to be monitored?

No. Monitoring works with your email where it is. We connect read-first to see what you run, and you keep full admin control of your environment. We can work alongside your existing IT or host.

Will you watch my sender reputation and blacklist status?

Yes. Reputation and blocklist status (Spamhaus, Barracuda, SURBL and others) are part of the deliverability and blacklist modules, watched continuously so we can act before a listing turns into a delivery failure.

How will I find out when something is wrong?

You hear it from us, not from an angry customer. When a signal crosses a threshold, an alert fires with a plain-English description of the problem and a clear recommended action — backed by a defined response commitment on managed plans.

Does monitoring replace fixing the problem?

No. Monitoring is how we catch issues early; resolving them is part of the managed relationship. We diagnose the cause, fix it properly, confirm it is resolved, and keep watching so it stays fixed.
