Customer Portal · In development

Mailoza Customer Portal

The Mailoza Customer Portal will become your single, secure home for everything we manage — support tickets, your email health, monitoring alerts, monthly reports, emergency escalation and your service history, all in one place.

Being honest about where we are: the portal is in development and is not live yet. There is no login here, and the dashboard further down is an illustration, not a product you can sign into today. Until it ships, your fastest route to help is to contact us directly — a real specialist, not a queue.

What the portal will do

Everything we manage for you, gathered into one secure place.

Today, the work happens and we keep you informed directly. The portal turns that into a self-serve home you can open any time. Here is what it is being built to give you — each capability is planned, not yet live.

  • Support Tickets Planned

Raise a request, track its progress, and keep the whole conversation in one thread — instead of chasing email.

  • Email Health Dashboard Planned

See your email health at a glance — queues, reputation, authentication and deliverability, scored and explained in plain English.

  • Monitoring Alerts Planned

Review the alerts our monitoring raised about your environment, what they meant, and exactly how each was handled.

  • Monthly Reports Planned

Download your plain-English health report — what we watched, what we caught, and what we fixed that month.

  • Emergency Escalation Planned

Open a priority request the moment something breaks, with the defined response commitment of your plan attached.

  • Service History Planned

A complete record of the work we have done — migrations, fixes, hardening and incidents — owned and visible.

  • Invoices Planned

View and download your invoices and billing history in one place, with no surprises and nothing to dig for.

  • AI Recommendations Planned

Prioritised, plain-English recommendations for your environment — the bridge from "watched" to "here is what to do next."

Illustrative dashboard preview · Portal in development

A glimpse of the dashboard your portal will open with.

This is a static illustration of the home view we are building for the portal — one place that scores your email health and shows what is being watched. The numbers below are example data, shown to demonstrate the idea, not a live feed from your account.

The Email Operations Center, Health Score and AI recommendations are on our roadmap and shown here as an illustration — not live monitoring or available today. What is real now: hands-on email expertise, and always-on monitoring with a defined response when something breaks.

How support will work

From a request to a resolution — one calm, owned path.

Whether you reach us through the portal in future, or by contacting us today, the method is the same: one accountable partner takes the request and owns it to resolution.

  1. Submit request

You raise the issue — in the portal once it is live, or by contacting us directly today. One place, one thread.

  2. Priority review

We assess the impact and urgency, and set the priority — your plan's defined response commitment applies from here.

  3. Technical investigation

A specialist who knows email investigates the real cause, not just the symptom — and keeps you informed in plain English.

  4. Resolution tracking

We fix it properly and you can follow the status through to done, with the work recorded against your account.

  5. Monthly reporting

It all rolls up into your plain-English monthly report — what was raised, what we caught, and what we fixed.

Until the portal is live, every step above still happens — you simply start it by contacting us directly, and a real specialist takes it from there.

A note on keeping your access safe

Attention:

Please do not submit passwords through normal forms.

No Mailoza form on this site asks for a password, and you should never send one to us by email either. When we genuinely need access to your environment, secure access sharing is arranged after a consultation, through a method that protects your credentials — never an open form or a plain-text message.

The customer portal is still in development, so there is no account to sign into here yet. When the portal launches, signing in will use a secure, modern authentication method — and we will explain exactly how it works before you ever use it.

Who the portal is for

The portal is most valuable when your email is managed by us.

Tickets, monitoring alerts, health reports and emergency escalation all assume someone is continuously watching and owning your email. That is exactly what managed email support is — and it is the foundation the portal is built on.

Honest answers

The portal, answered plainly.

What it will do, when it is coming, and exactly how to get help in the meantime.

Is the customer portal live? Can I log in?

Not yet — and we will not pretend otherwise. The portal is in development. There is no login on this page and no account to sign into. Everything shown here describes what the portal will do, and the dashboard is a clearly-labelled illustration using example data.

How do I get help right now, before the portal is live?

Contact us directly. Use the Contact Support button on this page to reach a real specialist — not a queue or a bot. If your email is already managed by us, use the contact details and response commitment that came with your plan.

Is the dashboard on this page showing my real email health?

No. It is a static illustration of the home view we are building, using example data to demonstrate the idea. It is not connected to your account and is not live monitoring. It carries an "illustrative preview — example data" label for exactly that reason.

When will the portal be available?

It is on our roadmap and in active development. We are deliberately not putting a date on it that we cannot stand behind. When it is genuinely ready, we will tell you — and managed-support customers will be the first to use it.

What will I be able to do in the portal?

The plan is: raise and track support tickets, see your email health dashboard, review monitoring alerts, download monthly reports, open an emergency escalation, view your full service history, see your invoices, and read plain-English recommendations for your environment.

Do I need an account or password today?

No. There is no account, no login and no password anywhere on this page. When the portal launches it will use a secure, modern sign-in method, and we will explain exactly how it works before you use it. Never send us a password through a form or by email.

Will the portal replace talking to a person?

No. The portal makes the relationship easier to see and manage — it does not replace the specialist who owns your email. You will always be able to reach a real person; the portal simply gives you one tidy place to track everything.

Who will get access to the portal first?

Managed email support customers. The portal's features — tickets, monitoring, reports, escalation — all assume someone is continuously watching and owning your email, which is exactly what a managed plan provides.

What does "24×7" mean for support through the portal?

Monitoring is always on and automated. Human response follows the defined, plan-based commitment that comes with your managed plan — so you always know the window you can count on. We do not promise unbounded round-the-clock human support we cannot guarantee.

Is my data safe in a portal that is still being built?

There is no live portal collecting your data today, so there is nothing to expose here. When the portal does launch, it will be built with secure authentication and careful handling of access — and we will be transparent about how it protects your information.

Need help before the portal is active?

You do not have to wait for the portal to get a specialist on your side. Contact Mailoza and a real person will take your request and own it — exactly the way the portal will, once it is live.
